I haven’t heard casio-centric bedroom pop this good in a long while. Think Karl Blau’s “Nature’s Got A Way” meets Of Montreal’s “Sunlandic Twins” with a slight island vibe. No shit! Tight, funky bass lines, legion upon legion of effects-tweeked keys all over the place, unpolished, earnest, Lou Reed-esque speak-singing, and cheesy pre-set drum tracking. Catchy-but-not-TOO-catchy & the lyrics are pretty fun, to boot. Good party music!
